Our CST (Customer Service Telephone) is designed around the latest technology and the requirement to provide a durable exterior. It features touch tone dialling capabilities so that you can use IVR services and direct memory location dialling. Several models are available including models allowing the handset to be mounted away from the main control equipment (such as for customer service kiosks), and flush mounting / wall mounting kits to ensure the right fit for any installation.

Product Information
To deliver a truly vandal resistant telephone, we have incorporated the following features into our product design:

  • You have a choice between a stylish BT (British Telecom) style handset, or our standard high-durability polycarbonate handset which is almost impossible to break.
  • Double armoured stainless steel handset chord which has an inner chord plus a highly protective outer shield.
  • Sealed metal keypad which requires more than just a hammer to smash.
  • Non mechanical hook switch to prevent jamming / sabotage by eliminating external moving parts.

Operation Modes
The CST is highly configurable as it is a software driven phone. Any of the following modes can be activated on your CST:

  • Hotline: lift the handset and the phone will automatically just dial.
  • Auto-dial on Loop:
  • Keypad Dial: just like a normal phone, lift the handset and dial away.
  • Direct Key Dial: the phone can store 10 memory locations and each key can be used to access a direct memory.
  • Direct Key Then Keypad: you can use one of the 10 memory locations and then the keypad is live for you to dial PIN codes / access IVR systems.
