VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)
Dallas Delta Corporation has been investing in innovation since our inception 27 years ago; this isn't something we just say for marketing, it is something that has meant we are still around. Knowing that VoIP is revolutionising the way we communicate, we have started working as hard as we can on incorporating as many different VoIP products as possible into our portfolio. We have recently acquired the distribution rights to a VoIP PBX system, and have recently started working on some large projects which have given us the opportunity to demonstrate our ability to use VoIP.

We are pleased to offer the following products and services:
- Release of VoIP door stations, intercoms and telephones (click here).
- Advice on how our products will work with existing VoIP equipment (please see below).
- Custom VoIP based communications servers (with other technologies) designed for client needs (our Dallas Delta Millennium Call Processing System).
- Distribution of the NovaTec range of products here in Australia.
- A list of projects we have completed as well as some applications for our of VoIP products, click here.
We have a special team setup to deal with VoIP based inquiries. You can contact from the Voice Networking Directorate on 03 9387 7388 or by emailing voicenetworking@dallasdelta.com.
General VoIP Advice
Dallas Delta has a wide range of products that can be used with analogue telephony adapters. ATA's are commonly used with VoIP equipment where you require a two-wire, PSTN style interface to legacy equipment. The following products have been tested and proven to work with ATA's:
- BK / PhoneCom externally powered door stations.
- LiftCom externally powered communications module.
- Guard door stations.
- Any other line powered devices.
Installation of a line powered device manufactured by Dallas Delta will generally result in the device either not powering up at all, powering up after a long current draw period, or providing unsatisfactory performance. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the Voice Networking Directorate for further information on (03) 9387 7388 or voicenetworking@dallasdelta.com
